○ 잔량 최소화 기능을 갖춘 100% PP 재질의 Airtight Stick
○ 기존 스틱 제품은 내용물을 고정하는 함몰형 접시로 인하여 소비자가 내용물의 1/4 이상을 사용하지 못하는 문제점을
지님
○ 이에 잔량 최소화 기능을 갖춘 단일 소재의 에어타이트 스틱을 개발함
- 반구 모양의 돌출형 접시로 전체 중량의 4% 잔량 구현(기존 대비 84% 향상)
- 100% PP 단일 소재로 별도의 분해 없이 재활용이 가능한 스틱
- 내캡을 이용한 이중 실링 구조로 밀폐 기능 우수
- Front/ Back 두 가지 충진 방식 가능

○ 100% Mono PP Airtight Stick with a Very Low Residue Design
○ Conventional sticks use a recessed dish that holds the formula, causing more than one-quarter of the
formula to remain unused.
○ To address this issue, we developed an airtight stick made from an all-PP material with a low residue
design
- Dome-shaped raised dish that reduces residue to only 4% of the total weight (84% improvement
compared to conventional products)
- 100% PP mono-material, allowing full recyclability without disassembly
- Dual?sealing structure with an inner cap, providing excellent airtightness
- Compatible with both front and back filling methods
